And after the first 7 days?

Your appliance remains protected through the free one-year warranty. After that, you can extend your coverage through On Point — up to 6 years in total, with no deductible fees — or with a CPS extended plan.

What does On Point Protection cover?

On Point Protection provides extended protection for your appliance.

Extended repair coverage for covered mechanical and electrical failures

What does CPS cover?

CPS (Consumer Priority Service) is a nationwide extended warranty company with plans made for scratch-and-dent appliances.

Covers malfunctions and breakdowns that are not caused by physical damage or misuse
Parts and labor included on covered repairs
In-home service for large appliances such as refrigerators and washers, by a local authorized service center
Transferable to the new owner if you sell or gift the appliance

The length of coverage depends on the plan you choose, and any fees are set out when you buy it.

How do I file a CPS claim?

Sign in to your account at cpscentral.com and choose File Claim, or call CPS on 1-800-905-0443. CPS then contacts a local authorized service center, which comes to your home to repair the appliance.
